When you book your appointment with us, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers.
Our goal is to provide quality care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call or through online as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment?
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 0161 820 1123 between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm[MON-SAT].
Clients are able to reschedule & cancel upcoming appointments by clicking on the Change/Cancel Appointment button in their confirmation email.
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.
For appointments that are cancelled with 24 hours notice or greater, we will issue a full refund.
For appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours notice, 20% administration fee will be charged.
No charges for change of date
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. We may charge 20% administration fee on the total booking fee.
A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In this case, no refund will be due to the client.
Refund will be processed manually by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7-10 business days to appear back in your account.
